The Future of mobile Displays

To maintain a leading position in the quickly changing display market this top electronics company worked with a team of design strategists to better understand unmet consumer needs. For the sake of disclosure I will refer to this company as willow.

 

Project Team

The team was comprised of 5 strategist who all had a deep understanding of design research. The team had a wide range of skills and backgrounds including industrial design, finance, business design, human computer interaction and branding. Research Discussion Guide

We ran 3.5 hour long in-depth-interviews with our core extreme users. The images below show the interview discussion guide that was utilize during interviews. End of research phase of project
